Today I logged in to a server that I am now making my main one. I was out by Cap Golova, where I previously had left off. I still had my Remington shotgun from the night before, along with my Makarov pistol and a double barrel shotgun I had in my pack. I made my way over to Prigorodky, crawling my way past some Zeds into the Barn. I at first spotted a Winchester first and was kind of disappointed, but then above that I spotted a Compound Crossbow! My first time ever coming across that weapon. I of course dropped the double barrel and took the crossbow, placing it in my pack along with the sole arrow that came with it. After making my way out of the Barn (and aggroing a few Zeds in the process) I made my way into Cherno. After a bit of looting in the outskirts I made my way into the middle, only to spot a lot of Zeds roaming around. I tried my hardest to make it past them but to no avail, as one spotted me and then shortly a few more. I had no choice but to use my shotgun, using every last round and even having to resort to using my pistol to pick off the last few. Upset that my shotgun was just taking up precious inventory space, I made my way around Cherno some more. And then I came across the greatest loot of my short lived DayZ life. I found a Pharmacy and inside was a load of medical supplies. After dropping the now useless shotgun and taking my crossbow out of my pack, I loaded up my pack with blood bags, epi-pens, morphine auto injectors, and painkillers. And I also found more arrows for my crossbow! So after I made off with all of that I made my way to these apartment buildings, finding some useless junk, more arrows! and also some much needed food. After filling my guy up with some much needed sustenance and fluids, I loaded the rest that I could carry and made my way to the next building over. I came across a double barreled shotgun and then I found an M1911 with an extra clip. I contemplated trading my Makarov for it, even though my Makarov had a bit more ammo than that, but I took the M1911 anyways. So once I took that I made my way into the next building, and finding nothing better besides the usual generic loot, I decided to logout near the top of the apartment building. Overall I think todays looting was a great one.
